Kaylee + Knox = Senior Sensation

All the way from Oliver BC (hehe ok its not THAT far but still!)
This girl traveled up the valley for a high school senior session! She's graduating this year and needed some photos for various things.
We lucked out with some moody clouds (so moody they chose to rain a bit!) but all in all a great over cast sky!
I again got a cacti stuck in my finger... but Kaylee did too so I didn't feel so bad... although my choice of location did make her bleed... Sorry Kaylee!
In all seriousness, this girl is so sweet! She totally got into the groove of shooting after 15 mintues, and was fun and game for anything!

Justine + Missy = Golden Love

This tall beautiful girl graduated this year! It took us a bit of coordination (Honestly I think we have equally busy schedules) but we finally got it done! We had beautiful golden light out on the farm in Coldstream BC
Justine is really this stunning (tall, thin and beautiful) plus she is quirky, funny and so full of personality!
This girl and her horse make an awesome team, did I mention I lost last years finals saddle to her and Missy... (.023 of a second... no joke) But that being said I couldn't imagine anyone who deserved it more!
I have been lucky enough to really get to know this girl and her momma on some trailer rides to local races.
Justine I know your future is bright and I can't wait to have you as my vet hehe!

Justin + Kyra = On the Farm Love

Oh how I love this crazy red head - she has shot with me so much that she can actually help coordinate poor Justin.
He's a farm boy that found the perfect girl. Kyra knows more about most farm things (trucks,tractors,animals) than anyone else I know, to top it off she has a killer smile and a smokin personality.
These two fit together perfectly, and I am so thrilled for their upcoming wedding next fall.
Poor Justin totally toughed this one out, during our shoot he was picking out things that could be mended or fixed (such a guy, really didn't want pictures taken) but he braved the camera scene for Kyra... and even kissed her a few times!
Best part of shooting on a farm, you get paid in fresh home grown corn!

Jesse + Chelsea = Western Love Affair

I have said it before... and I'll say it again, I am the luckiest photographer. I not only get the greatest clients but serioiusly the best looking! Over the past years of starting my company I have lucked out with the most laid back and fun loving wedding clients.
Chelsea and Jesse and their country wedding party were a dream come true. These two are great people - and they love each other with all they have. It's evident how much they cherish each other, which makes my job that much easier!
From the moment I walked in the door it was welcoming and a very relaxed atmosphere. After the beautiful back yard ceremony and some BIG group photos we zipped around from location to location.
Dinner followed with an amazing spread by the Hungry Chef - complete with a plethora of wild game!
Not only are these two picture perfect, but they are both hunting,fishing, horse back riding kinda folk!
I wish you both a life time of happiness - I am so happy I could share in your special day! :)

Wayne + Nicole = Fintry Fantastic

Meet Wayne and Nicole, they're in love and SO much fun!
Nicole and I race together (prior to this she was actually given the gift of "me" from another friend, it was for her and her other handsome man in her life... Smokey).
I cant tell you how much I adore these two. Nicole is no doubt one of the most genuine sweet and caring people you could ever have the pleasure of knowing... no joke! Not quite sure why she's friends with me... hehe
Wayne is funny and totally only has eyes for his fiance! You can tell he puts her first and foremost in his life.
We ventured out to Fintry Park (by the way I've never been there, bad Kelownaite), there were beautiful old barns a water fall and a beautiful old Manor with rockwork to die for! Did I mention the mosquitos were out with avengance... I have about 20 vampire marks on me from the little blood thirsty freaks!
ANYWAY at the very end of our shoot we jumped in the water and cooled off... jeans and all!
Thank you both so much, it was great to share laughs. I can't wait for your wedding in April, in MEXICO!

Shyla + Frock = Vintage Heaven

I LOVE Frock and I LOVE Shyla!
This girl is the sister in law to one of my 2010 Wedding clients! She is bubbly and beautiful and totally one of a kind. She lives in Calgary and visits our beautiful Okanagan to see her family (she grew up in Winfield).
Her very uniqness spawned a fun shoot and I knew Frock was the perfect store to help outfit our little creative shoot.
We had three outfits, and oh my that little pink dress, I may just have to purchase for myself... SUPER Adorable!
If you haven't been down to Frock PLEASE go, I seriously adore the people and the store!
