Mud + Football = SO MUCH FUN

So, once in a while I get these really crazy ideas!
It had been warming up lately, and raining... naturally I needed to embrace the mud (Like any good country girl would). Kyra (that crazy redhead) put a bug in my ear and less than a week later we had girls, football and MUD.
Please keep in mind, these girls are in tank tops at the end of March and waist deep in water... can we say TROOPERS.
There was tons of laughter, ALOT of bloopers, and the photos I was hoping for!
The emotions I wanted were portrayed perfectly! Thank you girls you ROCK!

Josie + Mike = A "Pinch" of love

It took some encouragement but I convinced Josie that rain was a great thing! I'm not sure she still feels that way but at least we got a very differen shoot!
Half downtown Kelowna and half up Knox Mountain, we got diversity and even included their two lovely Pincher pups!
I think our results were unique to them and fantastic! And Mike needed no prompting to keep his eyes on his girl!
Photographing such emotion, is what makes this job just so very awesome!
Thank you guys for putting up with my crazy notion that rain/slush/snow is really cool!
Enjoy,
xo

Crystal + Jeremy = Trendy Love

It's nearly spring and lovey dovey couples are popping up everywhere!
It took a matter of ten minutes before these two settled into having their photo being taken! They even brought their furry children alone with them (but they didn't cooperate very well...*Lenny*cough*)
By the end of it I swear we could have shot for another 3 hours! Thank you two for getting lost in each others eyes and being so in love!

Amy + Miia = Rainbow Bright!

If you know me well... you'll know I'm an only child (and if you didn't know that, now you do). I grew up with family friends as most children do, but instead of just friends I gained siblings, a mother and more memories and stories filled with love and joy than I could even begin to tell you.
My love of horses was nurtured at their farm and this family has helped me to become who I am today.
Today I am proud to say I have two sisters and a brother, this is my little sister! She has grown, changed and become such a beautiful wonderful young woman!
My older sister (Meghan) will be on the blog shortly, as she is expecting her second child! (Amazing how we grew up so fast).
I love posting these pictures, no matter how many shoots I've done for this family! Everytime I shoot with them, my skills change along with their looks!
BTW you should see Momma Karen's house, it is litterally FILLED with my photos! I know she is proud of all her children (even this little adopted one!)
XOXO
